Instead of having to verify your ID and business every-time you need to generate a poster for a new viewing, you'll only have to set it up once. We'll email you your agency login, and you can add as many people as you like from your agency. It's all free.

Do I have to be a Palace customer?

If you are already a Renti customer but not a Palace customer then you can still utilise the tool. How long does it take to verify?

Verifying takes less than a minute as it verifies in real time.

Did Palace and Renti create this with the Ministry of Health?

No, this is not an official Ministry of Health tool. While the automatic generation is not an official tool, the process that the posters are generated through is as though you filled out the form repetitively on the government site. We just automate these requests.
